Organoleptic caracteristics
  • Sultanine variety: light colour and subtle sweetness, dried under the sun for one week.
  • Thompson variety: darker, more caramelised flavor, dried under the sun for two weeks.
  • Green raisins variety: nice green color and stunning sour and very aromatic taste.
