True to its vocation, Agro Sourcing brought back from the Taklamakan desert this outstading fruit : the green raisin.

Grown for several years on the old Silk Road, in the Takalmakan desert, green raisin is picked when mature and then slowly dried in the shade of openwork brick driers. Still little know to us, this raisin with a beautiful anis green color offers a unique, tonic and slightly acidulous taste. A dried fruit to discover!
